Season Changes

As the season turns from fall to winter the football season for Joey has come to an end, not a happy ending but almost. The season ended with Joeys team tied for 1st and making it to the playoffs. The first playoff game ended with us taking a loss to a team we beat during the season. Over all Joey had a good year he improved all season long which is how it should be. He already looks forward to next year.

Brett finally got himself a job. He works for Toys-R-Us. He is gaining valuable experience. HIs indoor soccer season started up again and he is enjoying his soccer once again.

Trevor has put his brand new LPN license to good use and got himself a job as well. He will be working at a long term care facility, his hours coincide with his school schedule. So he has entered the Adult world where he is assisting in taking care of his new little family. Lori and I are proud to see the growth in Trevor!! Trevor's Wife Melissa celebrated her birthday the other day, it just so happens to fall on the same day and my Dad's was.

Jared and Heather and Taegen are doing well if you zip over to their blog you can see little T in his cowboy outfit that we gave him for his birthday. When was the last time you saw a cowboy for Halloween? The kids will be in town for Christmas again this year,,,,, we are excited and can't wait for them to come back into town. Jared finishes up his OB/GYN rotation today and he has loved his time in this rotation. On top of his busy schedule he will be spending some time with the Dr's he just finished with to aid in some their research and in the end he hopes to get published. ( I copied this picture from Heather's Post)

Today is a black day for me, I left the 40's behind and entered the 50's, It sucks to grow old, my body just does not work like it used to. Lori gave me prunes this morning she should not have done that because she is 50 in a year and a half and my memory will not forget.
